Wade Schnell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in Missouri and Arizona.

Mr. Schnell is experienced in the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights domestically and internationally. His background includes broad-based intellectual property counseling and patent preparation and prosecution in a wide variety of fields. Mr. Schnell has extensive experience in preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, including utility and design applications, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Schnell’s responsibilities related to patent prosecution generally include the following: receipt and review of patent search results; preparation of opinion letters; preparation and drafting of nonprovisional utility patent applications; responding to office actions; and preparation and drafting of appeals.
